The Supply Chain Academy has this week confirmed a new partnership arrangement with the University of Essex, which will include the development and delivery of a unique new programme designed for supply chain leaders and their teams.
Working in partnership, the Supply Chain Academy and Essex Business School will jointly offer and deliver high quality business led executive education in the East of England, while developing their ‘Orchestrating Competitive Advantage through your Supply Chain’programme for 2018.
The Supply Chain Academy (SCA), continues to work towards professionalising the supply chain sector, which is evidenced by their recent leadership in the world’s first Degree Apprenticeship for supply chain management. To continue along their path of achieving this, SCA have built strong partnerships with leading credible educational institutions, professional business lobbying groups and other business partners both in the UK and globally.
Established since 1964, the University of Essex is one of Europe’s leading universities and ranked 22nd in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide, A member of an elite group of ‘dual intensive’ UK universities, the University of Essex is gold rated for teaching excellence (TEF 2017) and in the top 20 for research excellence (REF2014).
Commenting on the new partnership, Professor Rajwani – Head of Executive Education at Essex Business School and faculty member of the SCA – said: “The University of Essex always explores new ways of thinking and pushing boundaries.
