Latest Anti Dumping Duty Measures

by | Aug 9, 2019

Anti-Dumping Duty is an Import Duty charged in addition to Customs Duty that applies throughout the EU and while the UK are still members it applies to the UK as well.

The implementation of this duty enables the EU to take action against goods sold at less than their normal value, defined as the price for ‘like goods’ sold in the exporter’s home market.

Products affected by anti-dumping regulations are updated regularly, so it is important to check that your products are not impacted. You can find out more about anti dumping duty HERE.

Below are links to just ‘some’ of the recent updates from gov.uk.
